365 Poem: Jeannette Walls

Day 297

UPDATE: Forgot to apologize for any typos in the tweets. Dim light, smartphone, fat fingers!

She's not really that tiny.
To IPFW  last night-- Omnibus Lecture with Jeannette Walls. Read The Glass Castle ages ago for book club and was permanently traumatized by the hot-dog cooking incident that opens the book.

Probably more traumatized than she. Her talk was very upbeat, funny, spiritual, and optimistic. More a pep talk than an author talk.

Of course I tweeted it.
