365 Poems: Tea at Her Majesty's

Day 237

In the morning we walked through Hyde Park with a detour through Neverland.

Early afternoon found us near Speaker's Corner, and I have no idea what this guy was talking about.

Our tickets to Buckingham Palace brought us here later in the afternoon. Again with the hats.

There didn't seem to be a doorbell to ring, so we went around the side entrance.

The tour is amazing but no pictures allowed (you can go here). Instead we took pictures of the lovely tea we had afterwards on the royal patio
(I'm sure it has another name but you get what I mean).
Scone with clotted cream and strawberries.

If we were truly British we might have had ... nah, it was hot, everyone wanted cold drinks.
Thank you for being so international, Diet Pepsi!

Always, the lovely gardens.
