365 Poems: New species

Day 224

Not really. Of course it's not a new species, except to us: A hummingbird moth. Wings that thrum like a hummingbird, a long beak-like mouth, iridescent back, and oh so tiny -- small as a baby hummingbird, truly poetry in motion.
