"Breaking" news from Channel 15? Oh, Dungy's retirement...not Anna Nicole

Update: OH, it was supposed to be this:

Please disregard the previous breaking news e-mail.  It was supposed to have information regarding the retirment of Tony Dungy as head coach of the Indianapolis Colts.  WISH-TV has confirmed the retirement and there will be a press conference at 5 p.m.

You can watch NewsChannel 15's First at 5, or you can watch a live stream onwane.com.

Why in the world would I get this "breaking news" alert from Channel 15:

Reality TV star Anna Nicole Smith dies at 39Anna Nicole Smith died Thursday at a South Florida hospital after being discovered unconscious in her hotel room. The reality TV star, Playboy Playmate and former Guess model was 39.

She checked into the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on Monday with her lawyer and boyfriend, Howard K. Stern.

Talk about yesterday's news. It should say, "Anna Nicole Smith is still dead."

Interesting--the "from" email is the sports department and the subject line is "breaking weather news."

I'm suspecting somebody who doesn't know how to use their mass email program tried to send it.
