Yea, this is what we want to read today

7-Day Forecast for Latitude 41.08N and Longitude 85.11W (Elev. 764 ft): "Tuesday: A chance of snow before 1pm, then snow and sleet between 1pm and 4pm, then snow and sleet, possibly mixed with freezing rain after 4pm. High near 29. South wind between 10 and 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New ice accumulation of less than a 0.1 of an inch possible. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than 1 inch possible."

Okay, so in just one day we will have:
1) Snow
2) Snow and sleet
3) Snow, sleet, AND freezing rain.

And it's just hit me, isn't "sleet" a funny word? It really doesn't sound like a weather word. Actually, it sounds like it should describe something gross.

Maybe the stuff we call "sleet" should be named differently. Hhhmmm. It's kind of a combination of snow and frozen rain ... I suggest ... snain!

Okay. Be ready tomorrow, for the snow and snain.
