Economic issues notwithstanding, it was pretty much business as usual as we shopped all day with out of town guests on Saturday. Gordman's was very well received by the guests--they'd never been to one--and was busy. Target was Target. Jefferson Pointe was not the busiest I'd ever seen it, but Ulta had a line and cars were backed up at the left-turn lanes, a sure sign of heavier than usual traffic.
That said, what the HECK was the UPS plane doing Saturday around lunchtime, circling the city? We think it circled for the better part of an hour.
