A Day for Resolutions:
Environment: Easy to Be Green - Newsweek: Tip Sheet Environment - MSNBC.com
When I worked for the bowhunters, their worst insult was that one was a "tree-hugger," and at the time I don't think I really knew what that was.
I'm a little better informed now, and when I think about the bowhunters, they were a strange combination of "don't mess with my hunting rights," and "tree-hugging," because the animals they hunt live in the natural environment, and if the environment can't support the animals, then there are no animals to hunt.
I do love trees. I've even hugged them. I like the blogged article because it's 10 little ways we can all try--or just try one!--to make the world a little tidier place to be.
