MSNBC -The Tech-Support Generation Spans All Ages
I got quoted in an article! I remember emailing this author but had no idea he'd followed up his original article about young people who spend their visits at home fixing their parents' computers.
My little bit:
"Finally, Cathy Dee, 49, of Ft. Wayne, Ind., said it best. She is a “self-taught geek” who just finished setting up her home wireless network and regularly helps her children get rid of pop-ups, run spyware scans and configure the DSL modem. “Please don't lump us all in one inept category,” Dee pleaded. “The tech-support generation knows not age.”
Wow, I said something "best."
